Our Approach to Education

  • Who We're Teaching

We’re educating students of all ages, from primary school children to university graduates and industry professionals, with tailored programmes to suit every stage of learning.

  • How We're Teaching

Through a blend of CPD-accredited courses, interactive workshops, activity days, and hands-on internships, we deliver engaging and practical learning experiences both online and in person.

  • Why We're Teaching

Our mission is to inspire the next generation of renewable energy leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to drive sustainability and innovation in the energy sector.

Primary School Opportunities

Join our Solar and Biodiversity Activity Days, where Elements Green and partners like Sherwood Forest Trust, RSPB, and Trent Rivers Trust educate young minds on the synergy between ecology and solar power in renewable energy. We’ll also host a range of biodiversity events throughout 2025, open to young children, inspiring a love for sustainability and the environment.

College & Secondary Education

We provide free CPD-accredited courses, both online and in-person, offering insight into solar and renewable energy development. These courses, alongside a variety of biodiversity events for teenagers, provide an excellent foundation for a career in sustainability. As an alternative to university, we are working with technical suppliers to launch apprenticeship opportunities in 2025, creating direct pathways into the renewable energy industry.

Opportunities for University Students

For university students, we offer free CPD-accredited courses to expand your knowledge of solar and renewable energy, helping to shape your career path and strengthen your CV. We also provide internships for hands-on experience in renewable energy development and PhD sponsorships to support advanced research, preparing you for a successful career in the sustainable energy sector.
